Additional features, revisions, integrations, content, meetings, support, or technical work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote, a separate change request, or a new agreement.

Timelines are estimates based on the information available at the time of quoting. Delays caused by client feedback cycles, missing assets, third-party providers, infrastructure issues, payment delays, or scope changes may affect delivery dates.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate project, contact, and billing information.
• Supply content, approvals, credentials, assets, and feedback when reasonably requested.
• Confirm that you have the right to provide us with any text, images, branding, domain access, data, or other materials used in the project.
• Review deliverables and raise issues within a reasonable time after receipt.

Payment and pricing

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, quoted prices are estimates or package prices tied to a defined scope. Deposits, staged payments, annual renewals, or full upfront payment may apply depending on the service. Late payment may delay scheduling, launch, provisioning, domain work, handover, or ongoing support.

Third-party costs such as domain registrations, premium plugins, external software subscriptions, payment gateway fees, cloud infrastructure, or stock assets may be billed separately unless expressly included in writing.

Third-party services

Some work depends on third-party services such as hosting providers, registrars, analytics platforms, app stores, payment gateways, email infrastructure, or external APIs. We are not responsible for downtime, suspension, pricing changes, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party providers, although we may assist where support is part of the agreed service.

Intellectual property and site content

This website, including its layout, copy, branding, graphics, and code elements, is owned by SHN or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, modify, or distribute material from this site without permission, except for ordinary temporary browser use.

For client work, ownership and licence terms are governed by the relevant written proposal or agreement. Until payment obligations are satisfied in full, we may retain ownership in draft work, source files, strategy materials, or deliverables to the extent permitted by law and contract.

• You may not submit false, unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious content through forms or other channels.
