The 5‑second test: why most SME websites don’t generate enquiries
If a visitor can’t tell what you do, who it’s for, and what to do next in 5 seconds, you’re leaking revenue. Here’s how to fix it.

Most SME websites fail for one reason: they make the visitor work too hard. The buyer lands, sees a slogan, a stock image, and vague claims — and leaves.
Your homepage must answer three questions immediately: (1) What do you sell? (2) Who is it for? (3) What should I do next?
Fix the message first. Then build the page around a single primary call-to-action (book a call, request a quote, WhatsApp for Namibia). One page, one job.
Finally, prove it. Show real work, real outcomes, and a clear process. If you can’t publish metrics, publish what you did and what changed — and be honest about what’s pending approval.
If you want a fast teardown of your current site, request one and we’ll tell you the biggest conversion blockers.
